Snaggletooth was a pack-in figure released in 1978 in the Cantina Adventure Set, part of the Star Wars collection.

Description

Blue Snaggletooth is the informal name of a rare Kenner action figure from 1978. The much-sought figure was made popular by Steven Spielberg's ET: Extra-Terrestrial, along with its 1978 Greedo figure counterpart. Released as part of the Sears Cantina Adventure Set, as well as a Sears exclusive mail-in two-pack with Greedo, the Snaggletooth figure was intended to represent the character Zutton. However, the only reference used for the figure was a partial black and white photograph of the character. As a result, the Snaggletooth figure included wore a uniform erroneously painted blue, had long legs, and wore boots and gloves. All versions of Snaggletooth from 1979 onward, including later Sears releases of the Cantina set, were corrected to the proper red color, with bare feet and hands and shorter legs. The value of the erroneous Blue figure ranges anywhere from $200-300 for a new, in-original-packaging figure to $50-150 for a used figure in decent but evidently-played-with condition.

But as it turns out, they aren't as rare as you would think as 50-60 of these "rare" figures can be found on eBay every day.
